The salty seaweed is the perfect match for this creamy butter. We think it is absolutely amazing melted on a lamb chop or steak, as well as green vegetables, but it's also worth a try mashed into potatoes for topping a shepherds pie!
Allison and Will Abernethy inherited their butter making skills from previous family generations and in 2005 decided to turn their hobby into a business. Initially going to local agricultural and vintage shows to demonstrate how cream is churned and turned into butter, they soon realised there was a demand for their product.
Abernethy Butter is handmade using cream local to their dairy in Co. Down Northern, Ireland. lovingly churned and patted into rolls, to give a luxurious creamy taste.
Packed in gorgeous rolls, 100gm net weight.
