Made just over a mile away from our farm by Jeremy and Becky Cooper, using 100% ewes milk from their flock of Zwartbles sheep that graze on the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds.
We've tried lots of Halloumi and this is by far the best we've ever had, beautiful flavour and texture, simply fry until brown and crispy each side for a real treat.
