This unpasturised cheese is made just a few miles away from us near Market Rasen by the Davenport family. Cote Hill Red is a firm alpine style cheese, it’s matured for four months developing a subtle nutty sweetness with a slight finish of acidity. We absolutely love it cut into chunks and mixed with some olives and a cheeky glass of rosé.
