This unpasturised cheese is made just a few miles away from us near Market Rasen by the Davenport family. Named after the nickname "yellowbelly" for a person from Lincolnshire. The Cote Hill Yellow is matured in its yellow wax which retains the moisture developing a luscious, buttery texture and subtle tang. We love to melt this onto our steak burgers. Minimum 145gm.
