Looking for something fabulous for date night?? Well look no further, how about one of these gorgeous sharing steaks....even the name sounds sexy! Think of it as a giant ribeye steak on the bone, cook just as you would any other steak in a smoking hot pan or barbecue. Then once nicely seared finished in the oven until it's cooked to your liking, probe thermometer a must. Slice from the bone and carve before rearranging back together with the bone on a board to share, maybe garnish with a knob or two of Sublime Butter(available in the dairy). Boom job done.
