From our own Longhorn cattle that graze on our ancient chalk land pastures in the Lincolnshire Wolds. These picanaha steaks come from the rump cap muscle, prized in Brazil as the best steak, they cook them treaded onto a sword over a fire, but a good hot pan or the barbecue will do!
Using our state of the art dry ageing facilities we dry age all our steak cuts for a longer period, these picanaha steaks are aged for 60 days before being butcher and prepared.
Sold individually vacuum packed. Minimum nett weight 180gm.
