The rump is very underrated cut, sadly caused by the commercialization of the meat industry disregarding the importance of aging.
Using our state of the art dry ageing facilities we dry age all our steak cuts for a longer period and these rump steaks are 80 to 100 days! Aged as a full rump and loin before being cut down into the individual parts of sirloin, fillet and the rump, so that they can be prepared. Super tender and full of flavour.
