Now this is a bit off radar, but has to be our favourite of all the steaks, cook fast and hot, preferably "dirty" style, straight onto the hot coals of a barbecue, serve sliced into strips across the grain. Cut from the intersection of the flank, rump and sirloin, its a real hidden gem, so keep it to yourself! 1 whole Tri-Tip 1.2Kg minimum net weight. Vacuum packed, serves.....loads lol.
