From the makers of the stunning Inglewhite Buffalo Cheese, Gabriel Blue is a semi soft blue Ewes milk cheese matured in caves at Park Head Farm, Inglewhite in Lancaster. Soft and creamy in texture and has a sweet, nutty flavour which is complimented by the slight bitterness of the blue-veins. It's a pasteurised cheese made with milk from sheep owned by Simon Stott of Laund Farm, Chipping. Winning multiple awards Gabriel Blue is sure to be a hit with those looking for an alternative blue cheese.
This is a naturally rinded product and the colour of the rind may have seasonal variations.
