
We've trawled through the old recipe books again and stumbled across this delicious sausage. Based on an 80 year old recipe that blends a combination of garden herbs to create a beautiful flavour. It's a farmhouse style sausage meaning it's quite a coarsely minced texture and once upon a time would have been a staple for hard working farming families.
The herbs give a wonderful depth of flavour that complements the rare breed pork perfectly.
Being a traditional style of sausage it's suited to those traditional dishes like 'sausage and mash' or 'toad in the hole'
