Store away from direct heat and light in a co dry place. Once opened refrigerate od ust within 3 days.
TO COOK
Heat oil in a large, heavy based saucepan and add 500g of diced chicken, lamb or beef and cook quickly until browned. Stir in this ready made sauce and simmer for 10 minutes. or until the meat is cooked through. Garnish with toasted flaked almonds or fresh coriander. Serve with naan bread or basmati rice.
