This is an amazing cut, from the same muscle that ribeye steak comes from in beef. Wonderfully marbled and full of flavour, the best way has to be on the barbecue, but pan fried and finished with one of the Sublime Butters (Check out the Dairy section) is a pretty good second. Individually vacuum packed, minimum net weight 230gm each.
