Using our state of the art dry aging facilities we dry age all our steak cuts for a longer period, some up to 100 days! These fillets steaks come from our own Longhorn cattle that graze on our ancient chalk land pastures in the Lincolnshire Wolds. Aged for 40 days, available as steaks sold individually vacuum packed or as a whole fillet, larder trimmed including the tail. Select size from drop down list.
