This is a fast roasting joint is great Sunday roasting joint. Using our state of the art dry ageing facilities we dry age our topside for 28 days before being butchered and prepared.
Simply roast fast and hot 40 minutes per kilo to serve pink, rest for 30 minutes or so before carving.
