Lincolnshire is said to be the spiritual home of haslet, and ours in still made by hand in the traditional way. Essentially it's a rustic meatloaf, made by roasting Lincolnshire sausage meat that has been formed into a ball, great sliced in sandwiches or on toast, and I've even heard of people eating it like an apple! Minimum net wieght 300gm.
