Store away from direct heat and light in a co dry place. Once opened refrigerate od ust within 3 days.

TO COOK

To de-glaze: Roast (or fry) your turkey and when cooked to your taste remove and keep warm. Add the sauce to the roasting tin or pan with any remaining juices from the meat and bring to a simmer. Serve poured over the meat.
