Ing: Smoked Haddock (34%) (FISH) (Haddock [FISH], Salt, Natural Colours: Annatto / Curcumin), Potato (34%), Cheddar Cheese (MILK) (10%), Crème Fraiche (MILK), Spinach (7%), Breadcrumb (WHEAT Flour [Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin], Water, Salt, Yeast), Rapeseed Oil, Colour: Paprika E160c), Dijon MUSTARD (Spirit Vinegar, Water, MUSTARD Flour, Brown MUSTARD Seeds, Salt, White MUSTARD Husk, Thickener [Xanthan Gum], Preservative [Sodium METASULPHITE]), Salt, Nutmeg, Black Pepper.
OVEN BAKE:
Remove all packaging.
Brush liberally with cooking oil and place on an oven proof tray, put into an oven preheated 200°C / 180°C Fan / Gas Mark 6 and cook for approx. 35-40 mins.
To maximise flavour we recommend that when oven baking from frozen, the fish cakes are first shallow fried in a little oil for one minute each side before placing in the oven.
