Who doesn't love pizza?! Well we've taken the hard work out of pizza night with our gorgeous pizza dough balls and what's more it's not any old dough this is made using a good shovel of our sourdough mother. Made by slow fermenting the dough these portioned balls of dough make the perfect base for your favourite pizzas, simply stretch or roll and add your toppings before cooking. Each pot contains one frozen dough ball, remove from the freezer and thaw in the fridge overnight and you're ready to rock and roll.

Please note this product has been frozen for freshness and may partially defrost in transit via overnight courier, if it arrives slightly soft it's fine to refreeze, if full defrosted store in the fridge and use within 3 days.
These can be cooked in your oven or if you're lucky enough to have one a pizza oven.
Preheat your oven to at least 220c and if you have one put your pizza stone in.
Roll out on a floured surface or stretch to your desired thickness and size. It can be tricky to master but we really do recommend giving hand stretching a go, it makes a huge difference. A good way to start is to press out with your finger tips first and then give it a stretch over the back of your hand.
Place on a flour dusted pizza peel is using one or directly onto a cold baking tray.
Top sparingly with a tomato sauce and your choice of toppings before adding a scattering of cheese.
Slide into your oven and cook for approximately 8-10 minutes, until bubbly on top and brown.
Alternatively don't top with tomato etc but use some knobs garlic butter and cheese for an epic garlic bread.
