Usage & Care Instructions
Keep at room temperature, feed 3 times a week with a mix of 50% water 50% strong flour(white or brown your choice), drain the hooch off the top every other time before feeding.
Feed the day before you use to make bread.
If you go on holiday or stop using regularly, feed well first and store in the fridge feeding every 2-3 weeks drain hooch off before feeding, but before you use let it have a few days at room temperature and a feed.
