Steak and Stilton is a match made in heaven and perfect for these individual pies. Made using our own beef, slow cooked in a rich gravy with Stilton, English mustard and a sprig of thyme. Filled into a homemade shortcrust pastry pie topped with some crumbled Stilton and finished with a flaky pastry lid. Supplied raw and frozen ready to bake off at home. Minimum weight 200g

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Pre-heat oven to 180c, place on a baking tray, cook in the oven from frozen for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and thoroughly cooked inside, core check temperature is 72c or above. CAN BE COOKED FROM FROZEN by adding an additional 10 minutes
