Now don't think you have to keep this just for Sundays, it was just we thought what could be more perfect than a slice of this delicious fruit cake with a cup of tea on a Sunday afternoon. Big enough to do the job, but not that big you'll be eating it for the whole week. Made a mixture of dried fruit thats soaked in cold tea before being incorporated into the cake mix, slow baked for a rich moist cake, all that's required is a cup of Lincolnshire Tea, available in the pantry section!
