These delicious tear and share soup rolls as the name suggests are perfect with a bowl of warming homemade soup.
The dough is sponged for 24 hours before making the final dough, this increases the flavour and makes the gluten more digestible.
Then the rolls are shaped by hand and arranged into a tin before their final prove. Once they're ready for the oven the have a finishing flourish of garlic and herb oil brushed on to crisp the crust and give them a delicious flavour.
Pop them into the oven for 5 minutes at 180c to crisp up and warm through before enjoying alongside your favourite soup.
