Chef's Serving Suggestions
Lamb or Chicken Tikka Masala:
100-150g of cubed meat per person. Seal quickly in a wok or frying pan with two tablespoons of oil. Pour over sauce, reduce heat and simmer until tender. Add quartered fresh tomatoes. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves if desired. Serve with boiled rice or Naan bread.
Prawn Tikka Masala :
Add cooked peeled prawns to sauce and heat thoroughly.
