This is a fantastic bread, made with a slow fermented sponge method like our other breads, we add into the dough wild garlic foraged from our farm.
Just before baking it's coated in local rapeseed oil and salt, it's absolutely delicious as it is or dipped into oil and vinegar, just think of it like the most amazing garlic bread you've ever had! 8 inch round focaccia loaf. net net weight 300gm.
