A real treat for you here, these lamb chops are like a double lamb chop. Cut from an unsplit loin so that you get both sides wrapped around the back bone. Absolutely fantastic pan fried in a hot pan to get lots of caramelisation or wack on the barbecue to real do it justice. We like to marinate in a little oil, garlic, dried mint, salt and pepper before cooking and serve with some Greek salad and lemon roast potatoes.
