This is fantastic cut of lamb taken from the shoulder that's great for slow cooking. We like to cook these in a similar way to a lamb shank, low and slow so that the meat shreds off. Marinated in our homemade rosemary and mint marinade with herbs from our garden. Being a meaty little cut the are a very large portion for 1 but easily stretch to 2. Try serving the meat shredded off on a pitta bread with some minty yogurt, salad and some pomegranate seeds. 1 per pack, minimum net weight 500gm.
